Hello, my name is Jo McCauley.

I am a business woman, and a mother of grown up children who was born and raised in Sydney, Australia.  I am in my 50’s and while that seems pretty old to some, I know I still have so much more to achieve.  

I am entering a new phase of my life so I think it is time to explore where the future takes me.

I have worked really hard to build my business and I am constantly trying to improve myself in health, fitness, mind and spirit.

There is nothing particularly special about me but I do feel that I have been pretty courageous in some of the business decisions I have made.

So here is my latest courageous step.
